Tempo per una doppia esposizione posso assicurare che non c'era 
Io ho avuto la tua stessa idea, ovvero il voler leggere nella totalità l'immagine perché la gente sullo sfondo mi pareva un elemento intrinseco della scena alla quale stavo vivendo.
Ne ho anche dove è stata data la preferenza alla lettura per preservare le alte luci (giusto per avere una visione d'insieme del momento assistito):
Credo sia un buon ritratto, anche in forza delle 6.400 ISO, con una quasi totale lettura del fuoco, ma continuo a preferire quello postato proprio per la presenza del pubblico 
Avrei potuto tranquillamente manipolarle e fonderle l'una con l'altra, sta nelle mie corde, ma non ci sarebbe più stato il gusto "reportagistico" dello scatto.
Inoltre, per ultimo, il "ganzo" sputava polvere (un mix di farina e altre polveri) che si nebulizza meno rispetto ai liquidi (petrolio bianco per esempio) e tende a fare una fiammata "a palla" con conseguente maggiore luce nel punto del focolare..risulta meno scenica ma è più salutare per l'artista.
Eh insomma, andata così dai, la prossima volta scalcio i vicini di postazione ed allestisco il set coi flash triggerati

Insomma, la discrepanza tra le luci e le ombre in certi casi non è colmabile, troppa la differenza tra una zona e l'altra, e riuscire ad avere sia soggetto che sfondo leggibili è un'impresa titanica.
Dopo qualche prova in M e varie letture esposimetriche, provando anche delle regolazioni manuali degli stop per l'esposizione, ho deciso di mettere una media pesata al centro, priorità di diaframma scattando a TA (2.8), ISO 6.400 e tempi che viaggiavano tra 1/125 ed 1/8000 (tà lase dì!) ed ho puntato sulla "BDC" per avere qualche scatto lavorabile poi in PP
Non è il massimo eh, lo ammetto, o per lo meno, non sono soddisfatto a pieno, però non la trovo nemmeno da tasto destro e sposta nel cestino (cosa che ultimamente mi riesce con estrema facilità!) |
