Very strange, however the effect. A goudicare also from the background, it would seem a no panning profile but 3/4 following the first cyclist who is in perfect focus. Forse più sfocato direi mosso... probabilmente legato alla differente velocità delle bici. Penso che con una focale di 70mm e 20 di diaframma una pdc di almeno 15 m ti venga fuori...
Molto strano comunque l'effetto. A goudicare anche dallo sfondo, sembrerebbe un panning non di profilo ma di 3/4 seguendo il primo ciclista che è perfettamente a fuoco. La seconda spiegazione sarebbe un lavoro in post produzione ma preferisco pensare che si stato un effetto voluto durante lo scatto...
