Secondo me, che non sono assolutamente un esperto, il problema principale è l'eccessivo inquinamento luminoso che "affievolisce" l'effetto della via lattea e in seconda battuta il rumore digitale che a 3200 ISO è abbastanza evidente.

Di certo l'inquinamento luminoso qui non manca, ma ciò che davvero penalizza la foto sono i cavi sulla destra.
Per il rumore, a meno di non usare un sensore meno rumoroso, l'unica soluzione è la media di pose.

Certainly the light pollution here is not lacking, but what really penalizes the photo are the cables on the right.
For the noise, unless you use a sensor less noisy, the only solution is the average of poses.

La media di pose si fa con un programma per astrofotografia (anche i più semplici e scaricabili grauitamente lo fanno). Forse c'è un sistema anche con Photoshop, magari usando delle azioni, ma sinceramente non ci ho mai provato.

The average of poses you with a program for astrophotography (even the simplest and downloadable imaginative do). Maybe there is a system with Photoshop, perhaps using actions, but honestly I've never tried.

Quest'ultimo è un po' più complicato e meno intuitivo, ma il sito è corredato di dettagliati tutorials.
Se poi bazzichi un po' i siti personali degli astrofili ne troverai molti con mini-guide, tutorials e spiegazioni a vari gradi di approfondimento che spiegano l'elebaorazione delle immagini astronomiche. Per cominiciare puoi dare un'occhiata a questi
