Si percepisce la circolarita' composita di cui parli, se pur non proprio immediata nella sua lettura! Per il cielo concordo con te.. spesso esce degli scatti molto drammatici ed interessanti con queste condizioni meteo.. alla fine si fotografa con la luce e non con i colori! Giusto? ;)
You sense the circularity 'composite you speak, though not quite immediate in its reading! By heaven I agree with you .. often comes out of the very dramatic and interesting shots with these weather conditions .. at the end of shooting with light and not with color! Ottima composizione, si può scattare in qualunque momento, se c'è una luce che ha la giusta atmosfera. E qui c'è, aiutata da una post azzeccata nei colori. Il leggero bagliore te lo passo, però non farne l'alternativa alla stellina... 
Vedo un pò troppo brusco il passaggio tra la cima del promontorio con una leggera alonatura sul cielo, così come tra lo scoglio in primo piano e il mare dove forse c'è troppo sharp, poca roba comunque.

Excellent composition, you can snap at any time, if there is a light that has just the right atmosphere. And here's, helped by a post apt colors. The soft glow I'll pass, but do not make the alternative to star ... 8-)
I see a little bit too abrupt the transition between the top of the promontory with a slight bluing on the sky, as well as between the rock in the foreground and the sea where perhaps there is too sharp, however, little stuff. :-)
