Thank you Ann. Taken two years ago, like the other Mudeford shot posted today, which prompted me to return there today. |

Ah, I thought this could have been taken today with that blue sky! You took this from almost the same spot as the one I posted last month! |

There was much less cloud today, Ann - gin clear blue skies. I didn't actually stay on Mudeford Quay that long, today, as soon as I knew there was a ferry running (bus driver said they only ran in the summer) I was on the first one over. Normally, getting to the Head involves a very long walk from Southbourne. By the time I returned, couple of hours later, the Quay was teeming and so was glad to come on home, after a good innings on the other side. |

Yes - the sky was very clear and blue, as you've already seen from my photo from today but it had clouded up some by the time I left at 3:30. The clouds gave me some interesting reflections in the wet sand that I may well post another day. That would be a long walk! I found it quite far enough walking there from Christchurch and then back again! :) |

Yes, it was clouding up a bit by the time I got back to Salisbury at 3pm. It's still quite a jaunt, with two buses with a wait in the middle at Bournemouth Hospital - with no 'facilities' - so like Swanage, Mudeford and further east along the coast is a rare treat. Takes about 5 hours of travel, all in, which at this time of year, is a big boring chunk of a day! |
