Commentare scatti del genere è sempre complicato, quando si attinge alla sregolatezza acuta  c'è poco da poter commentare, posso però darti un mio punto di vista.
Quando si punta verso un approccio b/n molto grafico e così estremo, elementi come la simmetria, la pulizia delle linee e la salvaguardia dei bianchi e dei neri diventano molto più importanti del solito.
Prova a riconcepire, anche solo in post, lo scatto mantenendo una attenta simmetria di spazi, (e per simmetria non intendo che tu debba per forza perdere la forza del vento) prova a pulire gli elementi di disturbo e prova anche a dare a qualche nero un pò di densità tanto per sfalzare i piani, non troppo dettaglio, solo densità, ne gioverà di molto la tridimensionalità della forma e il movimento degli elementi. Prova ;-)
Comment shots like this is always complicated when you tap the acute recklessness :-D there is little to be able to comment, but I can give you my point of view.
When you point to an approach b / n very graphic and so extreme, elements such as symmetry, clean lines and the protection of whites and blacks become much more important than usual.
Try to re-envision, even in post, the shot while keeping a careful symmetry of space (and for symmetry does not mean that you should necessarily lose the force of the wind) tries to clean up the disturbances and also tries to give some black some density so much for Misalign plans, not too much detail, only density, it will benefit greatly the three-dimensionality of the shape and strength of the elements. test ;-)
