Il paese di Pejo 1580m, oltre ad essere il mio luogo di lavoro, ha molte caratteristiche che lo rendono interessante a fini turistici e storici: sul muro di una casa dell'abitato. una piccola targa lo indica come il borgo, sede di Comune, situato alla quota più elevata dell'impero Austro - Ungarico, a quell'epoca il confine col regno d'Italia distava pochi km quindi la prima grande guerra è stata devastante per questo paese. Ora è un ameno luogo di vacanze all'interno del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Trentino occidentale
