Thank you for your comment, Pigi47. As you say, it is very subjective. When I shot the entire flower, I found the lips of the petals too fussy and thus a distraction. I did, however, try cropping in tighter, which I also found agreeable. It was my intention to hide the detail in the shadows and focus on the areas in the light. |
