Replaced my Nikkor DX 35mm G f1.8 for the Sigma Art 30mm f1.4, which like the Nikon, is for DX only, giving an equivalent 45mm in FX old money. Doesn't focus very close (0.3m, same as the old Nikkor) so couldn't exactly do a close up of this still life of an old chair that my next door neighbour has thrown out for rubbish. Shot at f1.4, closest focus and to test border/corner performance wide open. Small amount of sharpening on in-focus area, as I always do for web use and to compensate for the D7000's anti-alias filter. Contrast etc changed in black and white conversion, then small amount of sepia tone added. #Bokeh #BlackAndWhite
