A livello compositivo preferisco l'altra, ma anche questa è valida, forse patisce un po' il monte a filo fotogramma 
Post molto sobria con la luce sui monti appena accennata, mi piace molto il rododendro in primo piano

credo l'altra sia compositivamente più classica, qui ho fatto una diagonale fiori montagna. è che li la montagna mica finisce, c'è il ghiacciaio sopra che non mi diceva molto così ho tagliato li
a rifarla ci andrei più vicino a quei rododendri, chissà magari la prossima estate

Anche per me la compo è migliore nell'altra; in questa la parte sinistra a livello di pp mi piace molto, sobria e con colori e luci/ombre ben dosate mentre a destra rispetto alla luminosità che hai dato sui rododendri (che mi piace) mi sembrano troppo chiuse le ombre nel crinale sopra di loro.
Per me qua un bel verticale...non sarebbe stato male

Also for me the compo is better in the other; in this part left to the PP level I really like, sober and with colors and lights / well proportioned shadows and to the right with respect to the brightness you gave on rhododendrons (which I like) I seem too closed the shadows in the ridge above them .
For me as a nice vertical ... it would not be bad ;-)

Anche a me non sembrano chiuse le ombre, certo la zona è più scura, ma così non distoglie l'attenzione dai due punti luce importanti
