Splendido esemplare di Pino cresciuto su un fianco di un cono vulcanico. La fortissima pendenza e l'esposizione alle intemperie lo hanno provato, ma incredibilmente lui resiste. Ha profonde cicatrici e anche parte della chioma non c'è più. Lotta costantemente con la forza di gravità che in quel preciso punto gli è sempre nemica, ma ancora vive.
