Sul fatto delle liberatorie non ho mai capito bene il confine tra la possibilità o la non possibilità di pubblicare qualcosa. Parlandone con l'Avvocato da un lato mi dice che vede pochi problemi, secondo lui, ma certo bisogna capire il limite e valutare scatto per scatto.
Non so come aprire la discussione sul forum, ma ne varrebbe la pena affrontarlo per bene e in modo analitico.

credo che in questo caso non dovresti correre problemi se ti hanno dato il consenso verbale...

p.s. tra l' altro , leggendo il sopra detto link, noto che in Inghilterra sono + flessibili, nel senso che permettono di fotografare all'interno delle stazioni, cosa vietata qui in Italia
