L'altare maggiore porta in un tabernacolo,un pregevole trittico in terracotta colorata risalente alla metà del XV secolo, mentre dietro, sui lati della finestra centrale si possono osservare due bassorilievi romanici, di notevole fattura, in pietra rappresentati l'Arcangelo Gabriele e la Madonna. In fondo alla navata destra si apre una porta di collegamento con il piccolo chiostro molto grazioso, con portici di diversa impostazione architettonica: nell'ingresso si può vedere una lunetta con affresco in stile gotico rappresentate la Vergine in trono affiancata da due angeli.
