Direi perfetta, decisamente un grande scatto 
Bellissima la posa sbilanciata con le ali aperte del martino a sx, il dettaglio c'è nonostante la poca luce e l'alta sensibilità
Le ali mosse danno allo scatto ulteriore dinamicità, il tutto condito con uno sfondo verde acqua. Cosa si può volere di più??
Ho detto tutto, posso anche aggiungere che mi piacciono particolarmente le tonalità pastello.
Per me è una candidata per la foto della settimana

P.S. Riguardando bene, il passaggio di dettaglio dal petto al corpo è troppo netto (probabilmente hai eliminato il rumore). Personalmente la cosa non mi da fastidio, ma in fase di stampa lascerei cosi' com'è in origine

PS Covering well, the passage of detail from the chest to the body is too sharp (you probably have eliminated the noise). Personally it does not bother me, but when printed I would leave so 'as originally ;-) Direi perfetta, decisamente un grande scatto

Aggiungo altre info: ora tarda e cielo nuvoloso, ho tirato il collo alla povera D300, anche perchè non essendo parallelo al posatoio mi ci voleva almeno f8 per mettere 2 soggetti a fuoco, seppur vicini... c'erano state avvisaglie di lotta già prima, allora ho tolto il moltiplicatore e ho atteso.. papà Martino è arrivato sul posatoio dove lo attendevano due giovani (probabilmente figli suoi) per riceverne cibo, ma al posto del pesciolino hanno ricevuto solo mazziate evidentemente papà Martino ha fatto capire loro che sono diventati grandi e devono cercarsi un altro territorio...

Add other info: late hour and cloudy sky, I pulled the neck to the poor D300, partly because it is not parallel to the perch it took me at least f8 to put 2 subjects in focus, although neighbors ... there were signs of struggle before, then I removed the multiplier and waited .. Dad Martin arrived on the perch where two young men were waiting for him (probably his sons) to receive food, but instead of fish received only mazziate:-D evidently dad Martin has made it clear to them that they have become adults and have to find another territory. .. ;-)
