Purtroppo con il 150 a mano libera, utilizzando il mirino non sono riuscito
a gestire la pdc.

Veramente un bel particolare, mi sembra di una genziana, ottima esposizione e nitidezza, colore stupendo, bellissima macro, complimenti ciao Fabrizio.
Riguardo al commento sopra, è impossibile mettere a fuoco entrambi, un obbiettivo macro ha circa 1 mm. di pdc fra i due meglio i petali, poi secondo me se il pistillo al centro non è a fuoco è meglio ti trattiene più sulla foto a lavorare di immaginazione.
