#Abbandono #Decadenza #Degrado #Rovine - Rovine del complesso architettonico. Foto del 3 gennaio 2013. Sullo sfondo a destra, La capella San Salvador ai Bagni. Nel 1591 il decano Hieronimus Sch?ssler sul pendio sopra le sorgenti fece erigere una cappella che venne poi consacrata nel 1594 dal vescovo di Bressanone Benigno e dedicata a San Salvadore. Probabilmente in tempi antichi si trovava lì un posto di culto precristiano ed in epoca cristiana il luogo aveva sicuramente ospitato un piccolo santuario. ? La baronessa Margarethe von Spaur nata Henin von Hanperg donó nel 1594 il grazioso altare a trittico (che ora si trova nella navata laterale della colleggiata) e mise a disposizione i soldi per cinque messe annuali ed una messa solenne, in seguito si aggiunsero altre donazioni di messe. Già dal tempo della sua costruzione la chiesetta era collegata con un eremo, di cui oggi non è rimasta traccia, perché fu soppresso già nel 1786 dall`imperatore austriaco Giuseppe II. Nell`estate del 2011 la cappella venne restaurata esternamente;
