, 1/40 f/11.0, ISO 100, tripod.

There will be a close-up important (that sometimes it is better ;-))
but a pretty sight.
I read in the captions that you do not close voluntarily, you would have earned in pdc, the rest in this shot the mountains are a bit 'dark and lacking detail, but being a crop probably no room for intervention.

I believe that I never found above the fog from so vicino.Difficile find a similar situation on our Apennines because the fog generally stops at the beginning of valli.lo scenery is majestic, and the feeling of being able to briefly dominate the world is palpable .
I like
You mountains could lighten a little ;-)

This is what I like the most, often reducing the elements essential pay, while inviting image does not just return the beauty of the landscape at that time but you there inside, no note, only compliments.

Thanks so much to everyone for your comments and suggestions

The mountains in the background seemed to me even a little 'dark, but I did not because it spells out no detail. I do not think it's a problem of the crop, but more due to the distance and the air moist in the middle and the situation they are in shadow.

as I said I have not tried with the other optics, then remain suppositions

The other day I looked at the web cam Apennines and saw that at a given height had formed a carpet of clouds, rosicavo at the thought of not being able to get to see this show live. It must be wonderful because only under certain conditions of temperature and humidity are formed not too high altitude. Bravo, being in the right place at the right time, maybe a nap later (if it is a sunrise).

Free, with his head above the clouds. Wander through space without borders where no obstacle can stop you. Soft soils that do not feel the fatigue of your steps. Beautiful scenery that you relax bringing you into infinity.
Beautiful shot Gianmarco, very much in line with my thoughts.
