Ciao,, anch'io nella mia galleria ho uno scatto al palazzo pretorio con questo effetto di luci.
L'idea era buona ma a livello compositivo dovevi decentrarti di più a dx per includere nella scena anche la fontana in toto, poi, ho avuto anch'io la d90, non riesco a capire tutto questo rumore con gli iso a 200.
Inoltre ricordati di correggere la distorsione verticale dell'obbiettivo, la torre se vedi, sul lato di sx e curva.

Se sei agli inizi ti consiglio lightroom che è più semplice e più intuitivo, almeno per me, poi una volta acquisito un po di dimestichezza puoi perfezionare lo scatto con Ps.
Per quanto riguarda la conversione del raw in jepg con Ps non credo che causi questo problema se non che tu abbia agito prima della conversione a modificare in modo abbastanza rilevante la p.p.
