Assai ampia, la camera da letto è un ambiente privato, luogo di soggiorno per la castellana che vi si intrattiene con le proprie dame a leggere o ricamare. Riproduce, nel soffitto dipinto con rosoni, nell'ampio camino, nella decorazione plastica delle porte abbinate ? che conducono all'oratorio e alla stanza della damigella-, la stanza detta del Re di Francia del castello di Issogne. Ha pareti rivestite di tappezzeria in seta col motto sabaudo e numerosi arredi: due cassoni intagliati per contenere gli abiti e una credenza per gli oggetti d'uso quotidiano, un tavolo rotondo e vari sedili. Sulla parete esterna si apre la porta per la latrina, mascherata dalla tappezzeria, come si trova in una stanza signorile del castello di Verres. La stanza costruita nel 1884 andò interamente distrutta dai bombardamenti e fu riallestita entro i primi anni Cinquanta: si salvarono soltanto gli arredi tessili precedentemente ritirati e depositati a Palazzo Madama. Il letto è coperto da una ricca coltre recante lo stemma di Amedeo IX di Savoia ricamato a rilievo. Intorno, le pesanti cortine sono decorate da liste di lino ricamate in seta rossa con disegno di rami popolati di esseri reali e fantastici, su modello tratto dalla tunica di Belmonte, della fine del XIV secolo, anch'essa conservata al Museo Civico. Nel 2007, i manufatti tessili sono stati restaurati e riportati su un nuovo velluto di seta, simile all'originale individuato da un frammento rinvenuto sotto allo stemma.
