Girando per le campagne della Valle d'Itria, in Puglia, notammo verso il tramonto un anziano contadino che lavorava nel suo vigneto e ci avvicinammo per chiedere informazioni. Giuseppe, questo il sui nome, si rivelò un personaggio curiosissimo e assai fotogenico! Evidentemente abituato ai riflettori (ha più volte partecipato alla "Gara dei Baffi" di Montemesola, come lui stesso ci raccontò) si lasciava fotografare placido e sorridente mentre io, entusiasta, già pensavo allo scatto finale.
