Oltre al borgo medievale e alle bellezze naturalistiche, nel Parco del Valentino è possibile ammirare numerose statue e fontane. Tra queste le più importanti sono sicuamente: la statua di Massimo D'Azeglio, il busto dedicato allo scopritore della nitroglicerina Ascanio Sobrero, il busto dedicato a Cesare Battisti, l'Arco del Valentino o Arco dell'Artigliere (soprannominato anche Arco di Trionfo per la somiglianza con quello francese) e la fontana del Ceppi, conosciuta anche con il nome di Fontana dei Dodici Mesi costituita da una grande vasca in stile rococò circondata da dodici statue.
