con Nikon TC-20E III, 1/400 f/5.6, ISO 2000, tripod.

Quante volte l'ho rincorso senza avere la possibilità di fotografarlo, non di facile realizzazione, mi bastava anche una semplice foto per documentare la sua presenza ma niente sempre poco socievole e poco comodo fotografarlo nel suo habitat. Il territorio emiliano romagnolo è altamente vocato per loro e per i cugini cervidi, zone boschive intervallate da zone di pascolo, zone pianeggianti si interpongono a zone ripide e scivolose come i suoi immensi calanchi, le querce in questo periodo sono rosse-giallastre e il loro frutto satura le radici sottostanti, è il momento degli amori del Muflone, il bovide per eccellenza possente ed elegante allo stesso tempo. Forse la nebbia emiliana questa volta mi ha aiutato ad avvicinarmi quanto basta, lui era li a scrutare il suo territorio o forse stava osservando quella strana creatura con quel tubo sulle spalle, certo avrei preferito fotografare un adulto nel suo massimo splendore ma questa volta mi devo accontentare di quello che ho fatto, poi dicendola tutta così ambientata ha il suo perchè non credete? Per l'adulto non preoccupatevi ci sarà un'altra occasione per raccontare anche la sua storia. Alto appennino
