Baffo,mi dispiace contraddirti ma questo è un maschio.Visto che li allevo conosco molto bene questi fringillidi,anch'io inizialmente pensavo che il maschio fosse rosso mentre la femmina gialloverde,tutto sbaglito,ci possono essere sia maschi che femmine di ambedue i colori,questo dipende dall'alimentazione,più sono abbondanti i semi di conifera e più varia il colore del mantello.Dico che questo è un maschio perche sotto la parte bassa del becco le femmine hanno per circa un centimetro una parte di mantello grigio.Questa per mè e una foto stupenda,troppo bella complimenti.
Mustache, I'm sorry to contradict you but this is a maschio.Visto that bred them know very well these finches, I initially thought that the male and the female was red yellow green, all sbaglito, there may be both males and females of both colors , this is dependent on, the most abundant are the seeds of conifer and more varies the color of mantello.Dico that this is a male because under the lower part of the beak females have for about a centimeter a skirt portion for grigio.Questa and m is a photo beautiful, too beautiful compliments.
