Parto dal titolo che avrei integrato con anche con l'appellativo di "aphrodisiac" (dicono del peperoncino che faccia miracoli). Parto un pò controcorrente, rispetto ai commenti che mi hanno preceduto, nella speranza di essere costruttivo. Lo scatto é bello ed é piacevole per il soggetto, per colori e per il tipo di illuminazione scelta. Trovo però che scegliere una superficie riflettante così importante, comporta che il riflesso debba essere coprotagonista ed essere ripreso per intero. Lo hai tagliato e mi pare abbia sbagliato. Forse con una inquadratura verticale avresti ottenuto una ripresa migliore, non più bella ma più compiuta. Sulle luci ho da dire che non mi pare ci si trovi davanti ad un "light painting" come detto da qualcuno ma ad una illuminazione diretta e anche molto forte se non sovraesposta. L'illuminazione sull'aglio è giusta; troppo lucida e con troppi riflessi bruciati quella sul peperoncino. Sullo sfondo sarebbe stato bello avere il nero assoluto senza la minima presenza di alcunché. Ti lascio un link dove prendere ispirazione da un maestro nel genere: Ludovico Fossà e dove é disponibile anche un interessantissimo canale per la didattica nel quale sono dispensati economicissimi suggerimenti. Tolte le mie osservazioni che, ribadisco, spero ti pervengano come costruttive, rilevo un costante impegno da parte tua. Nella fotografia la costanza é forse l'arte più difficile da apprendere se non la si possiede come talento. Oltremodo sono evidenti la tua crescita fotografica e il tuo miglioramento tecnico per i quali non posso che complimentarmi.
