non sono amante dei HDR spinti (gusto personale) però ti dirò che riesce a piacermi, e nella categoria hdr spinti è fatta bene, anche la composizione è azzeccata e l'effetto carbone è abbastanza uniforme e non addensato solo sul cielo.

Gli HDR spinti a me intrigano... non so se mi piacciono o no... però m'intrigano, hanno una loro forma d'arte.
Riguardo la tua foto, noto un po' di rumore sul cielo e sulle nubi, la compo ci sta, però avrei sicuramente evitato o croppato in post l'edificio sulla sinistra, per me ingombrante e fastidioso rispetto al resto della vista.
Rimane comunque una foto e una elaborazione particolare.

About your picture, I notice a little 'noise on the sky and the clouds, the composition is there, but I would definitely avoided or cropped in the post building on the left, cumbersome and annoying for me than the rest of the view.

E' rumore, come detto da Gil.
Software HDR come photomatix "carbonizzano" sopratutto i cieli se settati in un certo modo, la foto originaria OVVIAMENTE non aveva quel rumore.
