A series taken in Sept 2014, on a beautifully bright and quite warm day, at Brighton. Ahead of setting up this so English of seaside resorts, with its two piers (one, here, burned down and is now being reclaimed by the sea) as a Juza 'location' and as an antidote to these such current grey dull days of winter. |

I like the way the colours of the graffiti echo those of the natural surroundings! |

Ann - This 'graffiti' is authorised to decorate some otherwise boring and ugly building site hoardings - Brighton has a positive attitude to street art. Have you got any photos of Brighton? I've sent the location submission to Juza and just edited two of the Pavillion, one of which I'll post at 11pm. |

Thank you also, Marco. |

Authorised or not - it is very attractive and I have no problem with it when it is painted in order to enhance an area! I don't have any photos of Brighton as I've never actually been there - I've only passed by on the way to Lewes. |

It did look good in the sunshine especially with a polariser. I did post the black and white fisheye in the series as my Blip at the time - one of my all time favourites, if I may say so. I've only been twice, first time was using film, so that doesn't count but hope to return next year sometime - it's just possible to do by train as a day return, if you start really early. (and get back really late). Never been to Lewes. I'd like to try Bognor! |

I don't know Lewes well - it was where I stayed the night when going to the Opera House at Glyndebourne. I don't know Bognor either! There are many places not too far from home that I have yet to visit..... |

It's fun to both explore AND take pictures, yet not be too far away or unfamiliar with where you are and what surrounds you. (Never been to the opera, though, not so keen) |
