C'è un po' di contrasto, di stridore quasi, tra la campagna in basso e le costruzioni abbastanza nuove in alto e non proprio belle. Immagino che il borgo, all'interno (come del resto si può desumere dalla bella chiesa) sia pienamente meritevole di essere annoverato tra i "Borghi più belli d'Italia".
Un gran bello scatto ed un gran bel documento.

There is a bit 'of contrast, almost screeching, between the countryside below and the new buildings quite high and not just beautiful. I imagine that the village, inside (as indeed can be seen from the beautiful church) is fully worthy of being counted among the "most beautiful villages in Italy".

Caro Massimo i tuoi commenti sono sempre azzeccati! E' vero il contrasto tra la campagna e le costruzioni "abbastanza nuove" ma non belle è evidente. Ma ho voluto pubblicare quella foto proprio per questo. Altri scatti che ho fatto mostravano solo un paese rimodernato. Comunque, a ragione è stato inserito tra i "Borghi più belli d'Italia". Infatti all'interno è rimasto ancora come un tempo. Quella chiesa è la Basilica di S.Giovanni Battista: meravigliosa, soprattutto all'interno.

Dear Massimo your comments are always hit the spot! It 's true the contrast between the countryside and the buildings "fairly new" but not beautiful is evident. But I wanted to post that picture for this. Other shots that I did showed only a modernized country. However, a reason has been included among the "most beautiful villages in Italy". In fact it remained still as before. That church is the Basilica of St. John the Baptist: wonderful, especially inside.
