La location è indiscutibilmente fantastica, personalmente però avrei rivisto la composizione, così col santuario proprio al centro della foto rende la foto un po' "statica", poco attraente. Il punto da cui hai ripreso non è certo favorevole: hai inoltre degli elementi di disturbo in primo piano (gerani e altre piante illuminati tra l'altro da una luce alle tue spalle) che danno fastidio.
Riguardo la gestione delle luci (che è cosa complessa e non sono certo un esperto), direi che sono abbastanza buone quelle degli edifici, mentre quelle del Santuario sono "scappate". Montevecchia col suo santuario è sempre li, tornare a fotografarla è sempre un piacere!

Ma il discorso è ormai noto.....
Venendo alla mia foto...mi ritrovo perfettamente d'accordo con te con il discorso luci (quelle del santuario ho cercato di recuperarle al meglio).
Visto che ero lì e avevo quelle luci da sx ho provato a sfruttarle e creare qualcosa con i gerani in primo piano. A te danno fastidio...a me non troppo.
Per l'inquadrattura...sono d'accordo con te, ma tagliarla a sx toglieva troppo spazio, diciamo che la "soffocava".
Ti ringrazio ancora e invito anche altri a offrimi suggerimenti. (Questa è in assoluto la mia prima foto in notturna e ho tutto da imparare..)

Le alternative sarebbero di tagliare di brutto un quarto in basso (ma così si perderebbe i fiori in pp) o allargare decisamente l'inquadratura (ma così facendo le case risulterebbero troppo lontane).
Non conoscendo il posto (ahimè) non so cosa soggerire maggiormente.
