1/200 f/7.1, ISO 200, hand held. Agra e Taj Mahal, India.

The prospect of shooting is not bad, Elisewin, as well as the picture, despite the mist, has a good sharpness,
If I can give you some advice, but when you're dealing with geometric images so try to stay as focused as possible, otherwise the effect of perspective is likely to make the image look "wrong", even if not actually wrong is for nothing.

Hello Casanovami! A trip to India is an experience that you really are sculpted inside .... and not so much for the beautiful monuments but for the people with whom you come in contact. Sure, it's a journey "for everyone" and we must not be too "picky" to see some harsh realities but, believe me, I ripartirei tomorrow for the country that has much to teach us in the West. Culture and spirituality of the Indians is really precious! Thank you for visiting with so much attention to my galleries, you are very kind! :-P

Hello
The first time I was in India in '90, in front of the Taj Mahal, I could not hold back the tears ...
Perhaps such an emotion I tried it three years ago in Varanasi, on the Ganges at dawn
The india gets inside you and you will not get rid of it!
See you soon

Thank you Franco! Rather than shooting I think it's just the place to be "mystical" white palace that tells a love story of a man who has erected to his beloved that he had lost, and there is also talk of a deep faith in the certainty focused that life continues and is reincarnated. In short, a place that stands out in her white, dazzling splendor and that even if the air is always full of smog (as in all major cities of India, unfortunately ...).
And 'one of the seven wonders of the modern world and certainly deserves this recognition.
I had some trouble to repeat it in its entirety, but if you moved that its halo "mystic", my goal has been achieved! Thank you very much Franco! Ciaoo

Hello Alex! :-P Thank you very much for your kind comment! The mist you see in this shot is the one that is always present in large Indian cities. The rate of smog is very high ... :-(
My picture has not undergone any process of PP ... for better or for worse, of course! ;-) Thanks again! Ciaoo

Surreal atmosphere beautiful, if you run behind the technique does not take a picture like that, YOU MUST BE A TYPE ROMANTIC. I'm tired of commenting on your skill, they hurt your fingers from writing, from now on I will 'like', you know that is BEAUTIFUL

To me, a layman that I am, love it, a center detent may be a bit trivial, so that the majesty of the building is accentuated!
I like it very much!

Dear Salvo .... actually you made me blush! :-|
I really appreciate very much what you told me ... :-P
At the time of this wonderful journey and therefore also of this "reportage" I shot with my compact camera and did not even know what it was post-production ....
above all great human intensity of your pictures.

That what you said made me great pleasure :-); able to capture with a click a culture, a people, the looks and the emotions of people think it's quite difficult and, if at least in part, we are able understand what great satisfaction this represents for me!
I'm delighted to meet you here on the Forum dear ;-) Unless, your sensitivity is very precious to me.
An affectionate greeting and really grateful!:-P

Is it possible that I had missed this? :-D
Apart from the inevitable "haze" (haze that is not yet the case of air pollution ...) I really like the photo! :-P
Very nice composition that I like a good "extremist," and here I go against the current, I "decentralized" even ... few inches! ;-)
Then if we take into account the equipment shooting ... can not ask for more! :-D
Very beautiful and interesting the caption with the whole "story" of this beautiful ... "Palace"!
A dear greetings and see you soon!
