Taken on a particularly wet day in August, this seed seemed to defy gravity by clinging on to the leaves, whilst totally drenched in raindrops!

Some nice detail on the raindrops and yes, nature often does seem to be able to defy the weather odds! It typifies our English weather well, too.

Off on a train to Bath in mo, the Christmas market there ends this weekend and it looks as if it'll get some sun breaking through before sunset too!
