Qui si che ti serviva una bridge come la canon G12 per 2 motivi:
a-fotografare ad altezza del soggetto, dal suo punto di vista senza schiacciarlo
b-portare a casa uno scatto più naturale senza fargli capire che l'avresti fotografata sfruttando l'lcd basculante e girevole
c-comporre evitando inquadrature ristrette (puoi sempre ritagliare in p.p.)

Here you you needed a bridge like the Canon G12 for 2 reasons:
a-photograph-height of the subject, from his point of view without crushing
b-bring home a shot more natural without telling her that you'd photographed using the LCD Tilting and swivel
c-compose shots avoiding restricted (you can always crop in pp)

Già, a parte la fotografa che già ha i suoi limiti , una Canon Ixus 750 non da tutte queste possibilità... I tuoi ottimi suggerimenti li conservo per quando (spero presto) mi doterò di una macchina maggiormente evoluta. Grazie di cuore Lauro! Che la luce sia con te! Michela

Ciao Laurangl! Mi fa molto piacere tu sia passata nella mia galleria così come dell'apprezzamento che hai espresso su questa foto. Eh sì, in alcuni paesi si è costretti a crescere molto in fretta...
Questa bimba l'ho ritratta seduta sui gradini fuori dall'hotel dove alloggiavo a Cuzco e aspettava la mamma che credo lavorasse lì o almeno mi pare di aver capito così da ciò che la bimba mi ha risposto. Era uno scricciolo ma, come dici tu, esprimeva più consapevolezza della sua età. Grazie ancora e ciaoo!

This girl I portrayed sitting on the steps outside the hotel where I was staying in Cuzco and waited for mom I worked there or at least I think I understand it from what the girl told me. It was a wren but, as you say, he expressed more awareness of his age. Thanks again and ciaoo!
