Ciao Peter Sorriso allora a Bruges come anche negli altri paesi che si trovano nelle Fiandre si parla l'olandese prevalentemente; diciamo che se parli inglese ti capiscono comunque perchè lo parlano quasi tutti (o almeno nel mio caso è stato così).
Per l'albergo noi siamo andati in uno che era in un'ottima posizione e per i prezzi ovviamente dipende dal periodo e dai giorni però ti posso dare il link dell'albergo che è questo:

Il personale è molto cordiale, le camere servono giusto per quando ti riposi e nel caso in cui non trovassi ristoranti in zona aperti la sera (chiudono presto) in quest'hotel la cucina è ottima e si mangiano cose locali come le cozze alla birra che sono davvero buone MrGreen
