I bianchi sono al limite ma in limitatassime zone.
Scatto molto bello!
Ti dò anche qualche consiglio vista la D80 (mio primo e fin ora unico amore).
Lavora sempre a 100ISO, non spingerti mai oltre nelle macro, se puoi chiaramente.
Occhio ad esagerare col contrasto esteso a tutta la foto in quanto compare quella leggera grana o puntinatura che sicuramente non hai nel raw originale. Prova a contrastare con una maschera la sola farfalla e vedrai che il risultato sarà ottimale in quanto manterrai la morbidezza dello sfondo.
I complimenti però te li meriti tutti per l'ottimo parallelismo mantenuto così da vicino!

The whites are at the limit but limitatassime areas.

I'll give you some advice also view the D80 (my first and so far only love).
Always work to 100iso, do not push ever further in macro, if you can clearly.
Eye to exaggerate with contrast-wide as the photo appears that slight grain or dots that certainly does not have the original raw. Try to deal with a mask alone butterfly and you will see that the result will be optimal as it will keep the softness of the background.
The compliments but you deserve it for all the good parallelism kept so close!

Grazie Max. Sicuramente potevo fare di più nel post elaborazione, è una mia pecca e devo applicarmi di più. Per quanto riguarda il corpo macchina hai ragione sui suoi limiti. Vorrei in futuro cambiarlo e penso che una d7000 al momento sia il meglio che ci sia, ciao e grazie!

Vorrei aggiungere qualcosa a proposito della composizione. La scelta di stringerla molto è stata voluta per esaltare il particolare delle ali del soggetto. Anche a me non piacciono le riprese strette, ma in questo caso visto che sono riuscito ad avere un buon parallelismo e definizione li ho voluti esaltare rispetto al resto della compo. Ciao!
I would like to add something about the composition. The decision to tighten much was desired to enhance the detail of the wings of the subject. Even I do not like shooting tight, but in this case since they are able to get a good parallelism and the definition I took them exalt the rest of the components. Hello! Great looking butterfly, there is certainly a great amount of detail in the image and the dof and bg colour are excellent. I think the butterfly is a bit large in the frame and would benefit from a bit of space in front, also there are alot of artifacts which suggests that some of the values have been pushed to far in the processing. Overall a very nice shot though!

anche a me piacciono le compo strette e in questo caso ci sta.. ottimo il dettaglio e a parte qualche bianco tirato la trovo molto bella.. forse hai utilizzato mdc anche sullo sfondo ma facilmente risolvibile.. complimenti ciao
