È il monumento che ricorda il miracolo eucaristico del 6 giugno 1453. Si posero le fondamenta nel 1598 per un voto fatto dal Comune di Torino onde impetrare la liberazione della peste. Fu ultimato nel 1671. Il disegno è del celebre architetto Ascanio Vittozzi, ritoccato, pare, dal Castellamonte al quale si deve l'artistica facciata in pietra. Il tempio è in stile barocco, fra i migliori di Torino. L'altar maggiore, tutto in marmi policromi, è sostenuto da quattro robuste colonne corinzie a spirale ornate di bronzi. Il quadro raffigurante il miracolo è opera assai pregiata di Bartolomeo Carovaglia, discepolo del Guercio. Nella volta, tra cornici e dorature, spiccano gli affreschi riproducenti le tre fasi del Miracolo. A pochi metri dalla balaustra, una cancellata di ferro indica il luogo dov'è avvenuto il Miracolo. La prima cappella di destra è dedicata alla Madonna delle Grazie. A lato, la statua in bronzo del Cottolengo nell'atto di invocare la grande grazia (2 settembre 1827). È opera insigne dello scultore Davide Calandra.
