, 30 sec f/7.1, ISO 200, tripod.

Hello Leonardo,
Meanwhile compliemnti for shooting. Very nice landscape. The chain in the foreground has a beautiful three-dimensional, seems to be able to take. ;-). The colors and atmosphere are very consistent with each other, again congratulations.
As for the highlights, do not worry about it, not even notice much (or at least my eye from neophyte not known :-)) .If you really want an opinion I would have tried to recover some shadows on the red house, the side sx.
Anyway the show! If I could make it so I .. -D
ahhh forgot ... spectacular whole gallery

A greeting
Save

Realization very special, the first floor with the chain is very well taken, I agree with what he said ... Except
In the post I would have tried to apply (on lightroom) a graduated filter for the part of the sky that allowed you to work on that part of trying to pull out the stars but do not you going to touch the buildings. For highlights burned instead there is little to do, had happened to me at one step: - / the only thing I could advise you to try even then to use the radial filters to intervene only in those points and maybe you can handle a bit 'better ... Have you tried to shoot even with the aperture narrowed?
Greetings, I forgot, the image I find it very beautiful, both pdr that realization, I tried to consult with my modest experienza, I hope you will serve. :-)

Thank you very much to both !!

Andrea: unfortunately as you can imagine the position on the rocks to take the chain so the first floor was really uncomfortable and viewing of the shots was very difficult: the camera's screen looked alright .. my mistake that I did not watch the histogram! Unfortunately, I also tried to completely darken the shot, but the lights burned remain so! And it goes well, next time I'll be more careful: -D
Also with regard to the stars I tried to counteract improbably specifically on the sky, raise whites at most in ACR, and a thousand other ways, but they were not exactly considered light points, are too feeble! Pity; with the comment !!

Greetings, Leonardo

Try to see the lights burned as integral components of the image ... The technique is not everything ... anzi..sembra you it is enough lord .. The chain in the foreground for me is not "just" depth ... I believe by character and identifies the seafaring flavor of the place .. Very nice. Thank you. (Your whole gallery is by applause ...)

Beautiful Shot (indeed 3). Personally I don't think that any more visible star would have enriched the image which is already pretty strong of its own. A curiosity about the lighting of the rock in the foreground and the chain: seems to arrive from several directions; How did you do it?
Congratulations for all your gallery and in particular for descriptions of your shots that are not limited to technical data only, but that describe in a synthetically perfect the "moment" of the conception and the subsequent realization of the shot.
