Civetta nana al crepuscolo, già buio eccessivo per una foto rilassata. Ho tentato un controluce cercando un'inquadratura "nascosta" che incorniciasse l'animale e ne rispecchiasse la sua indole schiva ed elusiva. In mancanza di un treppiede mi sono seduto sulla neve e ho incastrato il 300 tra le ginocchia, con gli iso a 6400 e diaframma aperto sono riuscito ad ottenere un immagine a cui sono molto legato per soggetto e atmosfera.
