Non sono un espertissimo, ma da quel poco che ho potuto imparare stando qui, credo che il problema principale non sia da imputare esclusivamente alla PP.
Intanto hai scattato una quasi notturna a mano libera ed essendo probabilmente il tramonto hai alzato gli ISO, ecco il rumore e anche la poca nitidezza che vedo.
Quello che posso consigliarti è, intanto di comprare un cavalletto, ti servirà anche quando scatti in pieno giorno;
usare ISO bassi anche di notte, col cavalletto non hai problemi di lunghe esposizioni.
