I was going to say, their dress looks a little more summery than we are having just now! Nice range of expressions, showing the youth of today and what 'turns them on' (so to speak) |

Thanks, Tim :) This one took a little work. There was a child's arm sprawled across the blacked out window and cream paintwork on the left that I had to find a way to get rid of. I didn't even try the woman in the background - I thought she was fine left where she was! |

It was so difficult it took you several months to edit! I agree, and the woman in the background would have proved impossible to remove cleanly, especially around the glasses. She neither adds or detracts, that much, so leave her be. |

Lol! I have acquired a lot more editing skills since I took the photo in July! :) |

Ha! I guessed that much. It's all a learning curve, Ann. The majority of photographers I know (from camera clubs etc) take lots of snaps during the summer and on holidays then spend the winter editing them, a good way to spend a dark cold wet evening! |

BTW - have you seen the latest Editor's Pick?? Brilliant! Just brilliant. I 'liked' it when it was first published, a while ago. |

In general, I aim to edit the same day as I take photos but sometimes (particularly when I am away from home) that's not possible. For instance, I still haven't finished editing my photos from my trip to Uganda in July! The problem is that each day produces new images, so the older ones have to fight to get a look in....... |

Extending the editing extends the pleasure - you revisit the place each time you open up an image. Always put a positive spin on things Ann! |

Ooh! It's not very often someone tells me to be positive! I tend to look for the positive, in the same way as I look for the beauty, in all things! You've caught me out! :)) |
