Marco Come detto da Maxange hai una foto "illegale" nella tua galleria  , solo perchè hai fotografato la Tour Eiffel di notte, che con le luci accese è protettatta da copyright, I diritti d'autore sulla Torre scadevano nel 1993, 70 anni dopo la morte dell'autore, ma nel 1985 sono state inserite le luci e considerate lavoro artistico, quindi ancora nel loro periodo di protezione di diritto d'autore. La maggior parte dei paesi ha un legge di libertà di panorama che consente di fotografare un orizzonte e di includere in esso edifici protetti da copyrright. Ma non la Francia...forse per il loro solito sciovinismo...
La foto è comunque molto bella...direi di fregartene...
