, hand held.

Beautiful shot of a beautiful specimen so dear to me ...
Sicily in woods fascinating preserves "old man" really beautiful ...
I point out, among others, in case you have not already explored, the Bosco Malabotta Nebrodi with spectacular centennial ...
A good excuse, given the proximity to visit also the Argimusco with its "esoteric" megaliths ...
Hi Andrea.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Here it is thanks to Mother Nature who gave us this beautiful tree.
Thank you all (I avoid list all, you are many), really.

@ Andrea Musina
Andrea, just the picture below (Patriarch) I took there ;-)
Expected to return over there, there are countless photographic opportunities and other beautiful trees. Thank you.

@ Bal
Those who consider them a "hindrance"? Who is the villain who can only think of such a thing?
As you say, are the pillars of an ecosystem and the historical memory of living a territory.
They are beings who are only preserved and respected.

A copy really gorgeous and the PDR enhances the grandeur ..., I find a little excessive the dominant acid green that also by the particular character to shoot but perhaps unnatural.
