Se posso darti dei consigli ti direi di abbassare il tempo di esposizione a circa 20 secondi per evitare le stelle strisciate, aprire di più il diaframma, se il tuo obiettivo te lo consente e alzare gli iso.
Poi buona parte del risultato dipende anche dalla quantità di inquinamento luminoso presente nella zona dove sei.
E anche imparare un pò di post produzione può migliorare molto il risultato!
Fai varie prove sul posto seguendo una logica e vedrai che qualcosa esce ;-)
