Good focus, if possible schiarirei shadows.

Grazie x i commenti.

Marco

Thanks xi comments.
If schiarisco the shadows you can see the flaws of the 7D unfortunately :-/ peck at sunset with the light that illuminates perfectly the whole body there are still managed ... have been waiting for two years now 8-)
but I expect (and hope)

Mark

ciao e buona luce, lauro

Sorry Mark but do not you think that if you used the-servant and spot metering or partial +1.333 overexposed to the final result would have been different?
You have more room for recovery if a slightly overexposed the photos that darken and lighten a completely underexposed in pp
You have with this system even less digital noise on the plumage.
If you focus on the color of the sky will agree with me that overexposing .. that is, by applying the deviation of the exposure ... margin and certainly had a more interesting and satisfying.
So you have in your hands a semi-professional SLR that features the second wheel,, so make ;-)
Alternative? tap fill with the flash at that distance would not disturb the prey.
hello and good light, laurel

Ciao LM

MC

Hello LM
I used it to serve and partial reading (also see them in the metadata), I had already tried other times to overexpose by +1, but not to change much (ditto using spot metering, even with the kite in the center, it is no longer clear much).
I have to try with the flash and .. maneuver the wheel as you say.

thanks for the tips

MC

Ciao LM,
Devo sicuramente provare col flash

MC

Hello LM,
I "studied" (I'm studying) the behavior of the kite in this part of Lake Como (where I live) and about every hour passes back (in a semicircle of 3-3 km), more or less close to the shore and more or less down, not caring whether or not the people (in fact, the other night while I was putting my pennies in the parking meter, it's been a few inches from my head, slipping between the girls sitting on the steps to the lake and taking a duckling. Obviously I was camera in the car:-D (I care for me and when I'm not I pass close by). The difficulty lies in knowing where he is going to fall ... so, taking the dog for a walk .... and with 100-400 Shoulder try to guess the point. now, most of the time it guesses ... but we have also put the crows, that contrary toof a year ago (one made a bad end (I posted the photo of the attack)) that the trees, facing the lake promenade attack him and led him to catch fish in the middle of the lake ...
this to tell you that BB tripod or not practical, where x briskly, eyes 360 degrees and machine ready with fast (although it should be passing near plane is cmq fast).
but I'm patient and look:-D:-D
I must definitely try with flash

quoto lauro

quoto laurel
I just had to do with kites and kite in reality 'is very difficult to manage, but' with equipment semiprofessionalei like ours and following the advice of laurel think something interesting you can otteneere
