con Nikon TC-20E II, 1/40 f/11.0, ISO 640, tripod. Specie: Alcedo atthis

Eccovi un giovane che ho battezzato Carboncino per i colori non ancora brillanti degli adulti e veramente sporchi al punto che a prima vista ho stentato a riconoscere che fosse un martino. In cima al becco si vedono ancora i segni del latte (faccio per dire). La luce era pessima e lo sfondo molto scuro che attira veramente il rum0re anche a iso relativamente bassi. Chi segue i miei scatti saprà che ogni anno a causa della mia malattia cronica (martinite) seguo sempre una coppia di martini nella speranza di scoprire dove nidificano e quindi imbottirmi di scatti con voli e prede dei genitori che fanno i viaggi dei rifornimenti alla prole. Quest'anno però Filippo mi ha tradito !!. Mi ha fatto credere che il nido fosse lì dove è solito farlo ed invece ho perso un mese di ricerche perchè non sono riuscito ad individuare il luogo di nidificazione. Ieri mi sono visto arrivare due piccoli come questo da poco usciti dal nido ..... pazienza!! vedremo di cercare la seconda covata o arrivederci all'anno prossimo
