Forse seguendo quella luce?

I like the blade of light and atmosphere of the enchanted forest that you have tried to capture this image shooting.
As a matter of personal preference, if possible, I might have made up to include a larger portion of the scene, to contextualize more shooting.

Thanks to the dedication Simone, I am sure that the opportunities to meet us will :-P
I start from the reading of the shot from the bottom, I interpret the shaded area at the bottom as your current period, gloomy and sad ... but going up with his eyes the light begins to make its appearance, slowly, then become brighter and to wipe out tenebre.E 'the hope that I'll Simone ;-) a big hug and a salutone :-P :-P

A symbol of autumn represented beautifully. There's your signature on that first floor that expands the depth and leads the eye through the image. I like it very much.

Beautiful and mysterious, but with an undeniable charm. It notes the study of the shot, all the elements have their own specific place and a reason. One click takes you. Bravissimo.

Marco, view your premise, I think has best interpreted the spirit of the shot. The light goes on rising from basal to the top of the compo as a glimmer of hope.

thanks for all interventions.

a few considerations only to tell the truth.

Cosmosub, photography originally born much larger, had mounted a 24mm I was left hanging on the rock of about two meters high with one hand and with the other held the SLR, the hell with that thought into the scene: -D
certainly the aim was to put as it were with a certain theory that "mess" of leaves between rami.in post production I applied because I wanted to make a substantial crop composition more direct possibile.lo aim was not a photo of the undergrowth but more detailed on foglie.capisco and I appreciate your comment, but in this case I just did it on purpose.

for others, b è Thank course for the praise and I'm glad that you took the job on ombre..dico shadows because for perhaps the first time I set my own post on that.
I read the image from the bottom up :-P

thank you all
A greeting
Simone

A beautiful description of a detail that only a keen eye can capture the chaos of the undergrowth.
For me the compo is impeccable, the only suggestion I would give would be to try a mask of light, or even with a selection made with Color Range and then vanished, to highlight and only very slightly brighter parts leaves, center image from going up to the light. Try to see how he does, as he said Whittaker :-)

These situations in the woods is easy to find, the harder it is to see them, but as a good seeker of mushrooms, walking walking until he sees it, picks it up and puts the basket, who knows how many others had passed, congratulations, 8-)

I can only join the chorus of praise especially after reading how you took the photo. For me the sense of composition have it in your blood, you have given life to a corner of the forest that few, or rather almost no one would have seen with this perspective. Beautiful, beautiful, but I find disturbing though that light offers glimmers and seems to breathe. Simone force.

Light colors and of course exceptional. You're still the master from which to take inspiration.
Surely we shall see each other soon.

This very nice "corner" of the woods ... from good walker in the woods which you understand this very intimate your photos ..
the guiding light well .. the leaves are very sensitive on the first floor and then turn on the hand you climb ...
I like the post..anche though in this case emphasize it in a more 'effective would not be bad ...
a photo that reflects you very ... probably all you're turn is reflected in the way you see nature .... but as you well pointed out that part illuminated in the end there is always the bottom .... light ;-) ;-)

Excellent shot of a not easy (to "see") angle (below) forest.
Un'augurio that the sky is always clear and that is not obscured the light.
Thanks to the dedication, the ride freely, if you know ;-), hoping that everything will be resolved.

Thank you all for action and for the considerations.

Beppe, I have other versions with more or less light on the leaves, I was very indecisive and I finally opted for the least vistosa.grazie council.

Hello Lorenzo
these shots are the result of a full day to look for something special in the middle of boschi.ho made about 150 pictures that day .. (row of exposures and focus stack including -D) .. for now I just saved this and I think it also the only :-(. Shooting in the middle of the mess, the natural course of a forest is really a massacre, but a great good training.
thanks for your input

A greeting
Simone

As intimate as it is interesting and not obvious!
Note the search, as always nothing to chance ... and going up to that beautiful light all becomes clearer!
You do not need the larch!

-D: -D: -D I will tell you I am getting a little strutting antipatici..tutti straight and haughty and also all the same ;-)
hornbeam, beech, the maple trees, cherry trees wild pear trees, the dogwoods, oaks, birches, lindens and poplars on our Apennines give us emotions that are not inferior. ;-)

thank you

Hello Simon, I now see this photo. I do not know what your current mood, but so not like you. I would like to review your more open style.
Do not hold it against me.
