The compositional choice was born from a compromise between a shot that included the base of the staircase for the whole width (which would have made too much importance to this and "small" the church) and a closer one that would have debased too much the majesty of the staircase.
Find moments with few people, in front of this monument of great tourist attraction.... it is very difficult.
I actually have a shot done a few days ago, with less people and the magical light of the sunset.
Nice for these features, but on part of the ladder is projected a shadow that is not beautiful.
This shot has a better uniformity of light.

La scelta compositiva è nata da un compromesso tra una inquadratura che comprendesse per tutta la larghezza la base della scalinata, (che avrebbe però reso troppo importanza a questa e "piccola" la chiesa) ed una più stretta che avrebbe svilito troppo la maestosità della scalinata.
Trovare momenti con poca gente, davanti a questo monumento di grande richiamo turistico....è molto difficile.
In realtà ho uno scatto eseguito qualche giorno fa, con meno persone e alla magica luce del tramonto.
Bello per queste caratteristiche, ma su parte della scala è proiettata un ombra che non è bellissima.
Questo scatto ha una migliore uniformità di luce.
