Il vecchio nome le derivava dal fatto di trovarsi nei pressi dell'antico "vicolo dei Calderai" (o "Calderari"), una stradina occupata dalle botteghe di fabbri e venditori di padelle, pentole e stoviglie metalliche in genere. La Fontana del Nettuno: E' un'altra opera di Giacomo Della Porta e rimase a lungo trascurata, senza la statua centrale che è opera più recente. Fu infatti nel 1873 che il Comune di Roma rese pubblico un concorso per ornare la fontana. Vinsero il siciliano Zappalà ed il romano Della Bitta autore del Nettuno, mentre i contorni sono dello Zappalà.

Buon giorno Peter, ti faccio i complimenti per questa bellissima foto che ritrae uno dei tanti fantastici scorci di Roma. Questo luogo per me e mia moglie ha un significato particolare perché seduti sul bordo di questa fontana ci siamo fidanzati e sempre qui ho chiesto a mia moglie di sposarmi. Da tempo cercavo su internet una foto così bella con la quale poter far un quadro da mettere in salone e quando ho visto questa foto mi è piaciuta subito. A tal proposito volevo chiederti se la foto in questione era in vendita perché avendo il file potevo fare un ingrandimento di 150x100.

Good morning Peter, I congratulate you for this beautiful photo that shows one of the many fantastic views of Rome. This place for me and my wife has a special meaning because sitting on the edge of the fountain we got engaged here and always I asked my wife to marry me. From the time I was looking on the internet a photo so beautiful with which to make a framework to be put in the living room and when I saw this picture I loved it. In this regard, I wanted to ask if the photo in question was for sale because the file could do having a magnification of 150x100.

@Simone. - grazie simone per tuo commento e complimento... bella storia che mi hai scritto ma io non sono un giornalista che devo profitare delle storie... quindi te la regalo basta se mi scrivi tuo indirizzo mail in MP privato messaggio, sicuramente avrai spessa con modificare file per stampare perche ogni mia foto che stampavo dovevo rifarla e farla piu chiara... e non so se sei capace farlo te in qualche programma o ti fiderai a qualche studio fotografico... se ti chiedera tanto per farlo scrivimi e ti faro schiarimento io in tanto se mi mandi tuo indirizzo mail ti mando scatto di grande risoluzione ma aggiungo mio nik nome in quache angolo non tanto visibile... solo questo ti chiedero lasciarlo li quando lo farai stampare... ok? fai giro nelle galerie di roma magari troverai un altro scatto di piazza navona che ti piacerea di piu... cosi te lo mando qualle preferisci di piu... buon fine settimana ciao peter
