peccato la testa micromossa, 1/400 con 500 mm su aps-c è un tempo troppo corto, ti ci voleva almeno 1/640.....buona la compo le cromie ed il momento colto!!!

Quando le condizioni di luce lo consentono è meglio chiudere il diaframma ad f8 (le immagini risulteranno più nitide e dettagliate) e come ti ha suggerito Enrico, il tempo di scatto deve essere sicuramente più veloce di 1/500.
When the lighting conditions allow it is better to close the aperture to f8 (the pictures will be sharper and more detailed) and as you suggested Henry, the shutter speed should be much faster than 1/500.
