Mentre stavamo osservando una leonessa che cercava di mangiare i resti rinsecchiti di una gazzella, ho notato che in lontananza un serpentario stava cercando di ingoiare senza successo una grossa preda e così mi sono precipitato ( sempre grazie alla possibilità di uscire dalle strade grazie al permesso fotografico... ) ad osservare la scena più da vicino. Si trattava di un mezzo leprotto; un boccone che evidentemente non passava e che ha finito per attirare l' attenzione di un avvoltoio orecchiuto che ha cercato di sottrarlo al serpentario che in tutta risposta ha cercato di affondare gli artigli nel petto del contendente... Per potere attaccare l' intruso ha mollato il leprotto che in men che non si dica è stato afferrato da un aquila rapace che è scappata velocemente inseguita a sua volta da un altra aquila pronta a sottrarle il bottino!! Serengeti - Marzo 2015....................... ...........................................COMPAGNI DI VIAGGIO non vedo l' ora di tornare per l' ennesima volta in Tanzania a Marzo 2016.
