The golden light spilling over the hillside yesterday morning, on this iconic scene in Bath Spa. You cannot get this shot at sunset as the light does not hit this part at that time of the day. First train of the morning, was in place for these shots half an hour beforehand. As for it being tightly framed, this was the widest focal length on the 10-24mm and you can't get much wider than this, and the very few lenses that are, you cannot attach a filter - which I did - a ND6 graduated grey. I couldn't move back either as there was a railing and that got into the shot at the bottom and trees intruded at the top. I even had to stoop low to shoot through the railing to keep the camera level, so as to not have the buildings topple forward slightly. I even also did not set Photoshop to auto correct the lens' barrel distortion, as that eats up image space, slightly - I found 'alternative' ways to achieve this!

After this I went walking, for about 10kms with a heavy rucksack and some very hilly but intensely beautiful scenery and views across this most beautiful World Heritage city. Therefore, I was away from Juza for all of yesterday and now have some catching up to do! Thank you everyone for comments left during this time - cheers.

I raise my hat Tim. Your enthusiasm to the photography is respectable. And of course it brings us a chance and great pleasure and joy to see your excellent shots.
