In effetti ho provato ad eliminare l'angolo di cielo in pp, ma la foto perdeva quella macchia di luce e di colore giallo in alto a sx.

Il taglio di luce è stato fondamentale per la buona riuscita di questo scatto e, devo dire, la fortuna mi ha aiutato. Infatti stavo scendendo a piedi lungo la strada che dall'Acqua Bianca scende al parcheggio di Wold e, avevo già adocchiato l'inquadratura un po' in alto, ma, siccome con un 17-55 non è che puoi fare grandi riavvicinamenti, ho deciso di rinunciare allo scatto. Poi, più in basso, si è aperto questo breve squarcio ed ho fatto lo scatto soprattutto perché, nel frattempo, la luce era diventata più trasversale ed i colori più intensi.

The beam of light was key to the success of this release and, I must say, luck helped me. In fact I was walking down the road that goes down to the parking lot from Water White Wold and I had already spotted the shot a bit 'high, but, as with a 17-55 is not that you can do great rapprochements, I decided to give it clicks. Then further down, it opened this brief glimpse, and I made the shot primarily because, in the meantime, the light had become more cross and the colors more intense.

Ti devo confessare un segreto (si fa per dire !) : è la prima volta, dopo tanti anni, che vado in Valsesia con la reflex, perché fino ad ora ci ero andato con la compattina, giusto così per documentare le mie escursioni.
Considerata la differenza di peso ( !!! ) è stata una faticaccia, ma ne sono tornato molto soddisfatto e convinto che ne è valsa la pena.
Grazie ancora per i tuoi apprezzamenti, e, se vorrai, potrai vedere ancora qualche mia foto della Valsesia che, piano piano sto mettendo a posto per postarle qui.
Ti aggiungo ai miei "amici" così dovresti poter vedere i miei scatti a mano a mano che li posto ed io potrò vedere i tuoi.

I must confess a secret (so to speak!): It is the first time in many years, I go in Valsesia with the camera, because until now we had gone with the compact camera, just so to document my trips.
Given the difference in weight (!!!) was a grind, but I came back very satisfied and convinced that it was worth it.
Thanks again for your appreciation, and, if you want, you can still see some of my pictures of Valsesia, slowly I am putting in place to post them here.
I add you to my "friends" so you should see my shots at them as they place and I can see your.
